As a resident, I can tell you the building is beautiful, but management and the association do their best to test your patience and ensure you can't enjoy it. Forget what marketing and agents tell you, many amenities weren't built and others are severely restricted as to when and how you can use them. That beautiful pool/sitting area, closed at about 6 PM half the year. The developer runs this place solely for profit and against resident interests. This is an idealistic view of the property.
